William completed a course at Plumpton college in Land Management and is now at University studying conservation in Wales. He has been part of Ashurst crew since his work experience and is a shining light and hope for an ecological future. He only works during the holidays now but is very much with us in spirit even when not in body.
Having had a veg box for some years I can't imagine not having one now. I like knowing our veg has come from the other side of the hill rather than transported in a lorry from the other side of the country.
