William completed a course at Plumpton college in Land Management and is now at University studying conservation in Wales. He has been part of Ashurst crew since his work experience and is a shining light and hope for an ecological future. He only works during the holidays now but is very much with us in spirit even when not in body.
Why do I love our box? Because it comes from just around the corner, and is grown by people I know. Because there is very little packaging!
