A high quality organic extra virgin olive oil from centuries-old olive trees. The olive grove has over 200 trees of which about half are 500-600 years old and are protected trees. The olive oil is golden in colour, smooth and with a peppery bottom note. Our organic EVOO is full of polyphenols the current stock (harvest October 2024) has 862mg per litre which is pharmaceutical grade extra virgin olive oil. The bottles are elegant and perfect for a healthy alternative present to wine. Alessandro and family live in Haywards heath and are at the Lewes Farmers Market every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
