Kate has a doctorate in Agricultural Botany and worked at the Royal botanic gardens at Kew. She has been invaluable at Ashurst these past years for her knowledge, energy, skill, ability to work fast and her photographic eye - many of the veg box website ooooby pics are Kate's own. She helps grow the flowers and picks bunches for market.
